Can our guests make requests?

Yes, guests are welcome to make requests! We’ll work with you to ensure these requests fit within your vision and respect any must-play or do-not-play lists.

Do you offer a photo booth or projection screen?

At this time, we do not, but we are looking to add these services in the future.

Will you have a sound check on the day of?

Yes, we arrive early for a thorough soundcheck to ensure everything is perfect and ready before your guests arrive.

Do you have backup equipment?

Absolutely. We always bring backup equipment to every event, including spare cables, microphones, and other essential gear, ensuring a seamless experience no matter what.

Can we have a do-not-play list?

Absolutely. We respect your preferences and will avoid any songs you don’t want to hear at your event.

When do we need to submit music requests and event details?

We ask for your song requests, timeline, and event details a week before the event. This ensures we have time to review everything and prepare for your event.

What time will you arrive at the venue?

To ensure adequate time for setup, soundcheck, and final adjustments, we usually arrive at least 1 hour before the event call-up time.

We understand that plans can change. To provide the best service and reserve your event date, the following cancellation policy applies:

A non-refundable retainer/deposit is required to secure your event date and time.
Cancellations made 30 or more days before the event will not be responsible for any remaining balance beyond the non-refundable retainer.
Cancellations made 14–29 days before the event are responsible for 50% of the remaining balance.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are responsible for the full remaining balance, as we have likely declined other bookings and reserved that date specifically for your event.
Date changes are subject to availability and may be accommodated at our discretion.
If severe weather, emergencies, or circumstances beyond either party’s control affect the event, we will work with clients in good faith to reschedule whenever possible.
